Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do ship outside the U.S. Delivery can take between 15 to 30 days depending on location.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control (e.g., weather, holidays, supply chain disruptions).

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include pictures of the damage if possible. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
