Peach Salsa, the Most Addicting Taste | The Red Headed Hostess
This is SO addicting!
I took it that my nieces liked this salsa when they came rushing in the other day (the food was on the deck) and emphatically asked “who made the peach salsa????”
I love it when they come running in like that.
It makes me feel like the non-store-bought-cut-it-all-up-yourself option was appreciated.
As you can see above, I originally made it to go with my grilled teriyaki chicken – but the gobbled it up with tortilla chips.
Here is the Peach Salsa recipe:
4 diced ripe yellow peaches
1/2 cup corn
2-3 T diced red onion
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup extra light olive oil
* Toss together
Oh thank you!! I love peach salsa and I am very happy to have a recipe so I can make it myself!!
I am making your teriyaki chicken and about to make the peach salsa…yum will my hubby be surprised! THANKS!
