-Once kits expire, they are moved into the “past files” section within your subscription. They are accessible in that section for up to a year. Then they are removed. Download and save any kits you want to keep long term past a year. The kits in the “past files” section are the kits during the timeframe your subscription has been active. If you want a kit from before or outside of your active timeframe, you can purchase it individually at any time.

Your subscription is easy to use and access. To access your weekly kits, you have multiple options:

- Login to your account on this website and download your files from the subscription section. You can login using a computer or using your web browser on any mobile device.
- Download and install our mobile app from your Apple or Google App Store. Our mobile app is for subscribers only and is for use on mobile phones or tablets. Login to the app with the login credentials you created on this website when you signed up. From the app, you can view files, download files, export files, print, and watch the “Drawn In” videos. Subscription Bonus Files and our Fortify Podcast can also be accessed and used in the app. Search “The Red Headed Hostess” in your app store to find it.
-Memberships cannot be shared with members outside of your household. Please do not share login information with others or share files digitally with others. Sharing printed portions of our kit for lessons, gifts, etc. is allowed if it is in print form. Sharing digitally is prohibited.
-Digital files you receive cannot be shared, emailed, sold, or altered.
-Due to the nature of the digital products being immediately available, there are no refunds for subscriptions already charged.
-Cancellation stops future renewal orders. Refunds are not available on past renewal or signup orders.
-This is not a site-wide subscription. This is a subscription for the Come, Follow Me weekly digital scripture kits.

How do I access the downloads included in this subscription?
Answer: Login to your account and click “your subscription.” Please use Adobe Reader to open or print our files.
Answer: You can access your subscription content using our mobile app. Search “The Red Headed Hostess” in your Apple or Google App Store to find it. Login to the app using the login credentials you set up on our website when you signed up.
Do you sell only the study pages by themselves, or only the glue-ins, or only the children marking guides, or only the scripture art prints, or only the coloring pages, or only the ___________ etc.?
Answer: We do not sell our kits in pieces for multiple reasons. If you don’t see a product or item listed on its own then there is not a way to get it on its own. We purposefully offer you all tools available and you choose what items you feel will work best for you and your family. Your preferences and favorite items will change over time as your family’s needs change. Having all tools available to you in your subscription gives you the ability to pivot and adjust as needed.
Should I subscribe to the weekly kits or buy them individually?
Answer: You can do either! The kits in the subscription and the kits that are purchased individually are the same kits. There are benefits to subscribing that you don’t get with an individual purchase. The popular “Drawn In” videos are for subscribers only. Also, our mobile app is for subscribers only which gives you instant access to all content in your subscription. There are also app specific tools that you wouldn’t have access to through an individual purchase.

Answer: Yes, Yes, and Yes. Our Weekly Scripture Kits include study and activities for all ages. These kits can be used in conjunction with the Come, Follow Me curriculum provided by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
When do you remove old kits and will I be able to access them once you remove them from the subscription?
Answer: You will always have six weeks of kits in your account. The current week, the next week, and four past weeks. Every Friday the new week will be put into accounts and the oldest week removed. Once kits expire, they are moved into the “past files” section of your subscription. They are accessible in that section for up to a year. For example, New Testament 2023 kits will be available until the end of 2024. Book of Mormon 2024 kits will be accessible until the end of 2025. Then they are removed. The kits in the “past files” section are only kits from when your subscription was active. If you want a kit that is outside of your active timeframe, it must be purchased individually HERE. Download and save any kits you want past a year to your computer before they are removed from your account. Downloading and saving files to your computer will allow you to have access to them indefinitely as long as you don’t delete them.
I just signed up for the subscription, is there a way for me to access all past kits that have expired and have been removed?
Answer: Your subscription starts with the current six weeks of content in the subscription the day you sign up. If you want past kits, they can be purchased individually HERE. There is not a way to get access to expired kits within your subscription service from before you were a subscriber unless you purchase the kits you want individually. Any kits purchased individually will be accessible under the “downloads” section instead of within your subscription section.
What is the difference between your guidebooks vs. your subscription/weekly kits?
Answer: They are different. There is no overlap but the subscription/weekly kits are always more detailed and include more options since we are not limited to a certain page count and print costs. Our books can be used independently or with the subscription.
The guidebooks are geared towards personal, independent study for all ages. The weekly kits are used for family learning and hands-on activities as well as classroom resources.
The foundational feature to our weekly kits are the Study Pages for adults (and teens). These offer marking suggestions, in-depth and relevant commentary, teaching tips, quotes, and great discussion questions to use with your family or class. They are the most popular item we have.
